We aim for a core raid group of 33-36 that keeps attendance levels above 80% and displays high levels of performance and survivability to keep raids healthy with rotations lowish. Should you be accepted as a recruit, the trial period is four weeks. Exceptional players can be promoted to the raider ranks in as little as two weeks, but can depend on opportunity.

A typical trialler might expect

* Starting off on some of our farm content - as we want to access movement/ awareness
* Sitting on new content - No quality raiding guild can get by with only 25 people, so any good raider must be willing and able to sit and earn their stripes.

Raiding Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday

Raiding times(server time):

8.15pm : raid invites
8.25pm : in raid / EP goes out
8.30pm : kill stuff!

to Midnight

Raider Requirements:

* keep 80%+ raid attendance
* Solid and reliable internet connection
* Driven to be the best of your class
* Be fully prepared with enough flasks, pots, food ect for an entire raid
* Team player
* must be friendly with a sense of humor!
